Professionalism and Respect:
Treat all students, colleagues, and stakeholders with respect, dignity, and professionalism at all times.
Avoid discriminatory, offensive, or disrespectful language, behavior, or actions based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
Ethical Conduct:
Conduct yourself with honesty, integrity, and transparency in all interactions and communications.
Avoid engaging in any form of academic dishonesty, including plagiarism, cheating, or falsification of information.
Confidentiality and Privacy:
Respect the confidentiality and privacy of student information and data shared on the platform.
Safeguard sensitive information and refrain from disclosing personal or confidential details about students without their explicit consent.
Professional Communication:
Communicate professionally and courteously with students, providing clear and concise instructions, feedback, and guidance.
Use appropriate language and tone in written and verbal communications, avoiding sarcasm, aggression, or offensive remarks.
Inclusive Learning Environment:

Failure to comply with the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, account suspension, or termination of access to the platform, at the discretion of InnoLearn Network.
2. Course Content Guidelines
To ensure the delivery of high-quality and engaging courses on InnoLearn Network, teachers are required to adhere to the following guidelines when creating and publishing course content:
Alignment with Curriculum Standards:
Design courses that align with Edexcel or Cambridge curriculum standards and learning objectives for the relevant subject area and academic levels.
Ensure that course content covers key concepts, topics, and skills outlined in the curriculum framework.
Accuracy and Relevance:
Provide accurate, up-to-date, and relevant information in course materials, presentations, and assessments.
Avoid presenting biased or misleading information and ensure that all content is supported by credible sources and references.
Clear and Organized Structure:
Organize course content in a logical and structured manner, making it easy for students to navigate and understand.

InnoLearn Network reserves the right to review and approve course content before it is published on the platform. Teachers are responsible for ensuring that their courses comply with these guidelines and meet the quality standards expected by InnoLearn Network and its users.
3. Compliance and Enforcement
InnoLearn Network expects all teachers to comply with the terms of use, policies, and guidelines established by the platform. To ensure accountability and uphold the integrity of the community, the following compliance and enforcement measures will be implemented:
- Monitoring and Oversight:
- InnoLearn Network will monitor teacher activity and course content to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
- Regular reviews and audits will be conducted to assess adherence to quality standards, engagement expectations, and data privacy requirements.
- Reporting Mechanism:
- Users, including students and fellow teachers, are encouraged to report any violations of the terms of use or suspected misconduct by teachers on InnoLearn Network.
- Reports can be submitted through the designated reporting channels provided on the platform, such as reporting forms, email, or direct communication with support staff.
- Investigation and Review:
- Upon receiving a report or complaint, InnoLearn Network will conduct a thorough investigation into the alleged violation or misconduct.
- The investigation may involve gathering evidence, interviewing relevant parties, and reviewing course content, communication records, and other relevant information.
- Enforcement Actions:
- In cases where violations are confirmed, appropriate enforcement actions will be taken by InnoLearn Network.
- Enforcement actions may include warnings, temporary suspension of account privileges, removal of course content, or permanent termination of the teacher’s account, depending on the severity of the violation.

- Teachers have the right to appeal any enforcement actions taken against them by InnoLearn Network.
- Appeals must be submitted in writing to the designated appeals committee or review board, who will conduct a fair and impartial review of the case and make a final determination.
- Compliance Training and Education:
- InnoLearn Network will provide ongoing training and education to teachers on platform policies, guidelines, and best practices.
- Training sessions, webinars, and resources will be made available to help teachers understand their obligations and responsibilities and stay informed about updates or changes to platform policies.
- Transparency and Accountability:
- InnoLearn Network is committed to transparency and accountability in its compliance and enforcement processes.
- Teachers will be informed of any enforcement actions taken against them and provided with reasons for the decision, along with opportunities for appeal or redress.
By participating in the InnoLearn Network community, teachers agree to abide by the terms of use and cooperate with compliance and enforcement efforts to maintain a safe, fair, and respectful learning environment for all users.
4. Data Privacy and Security
At InnoLearn Network, we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users’ personal information and data. Teachers on our platform are required to adhere to the following data privacy and security guidelines:
Confidentiality of Student Information:
Teachers must respect the confidentiality of student information shared on the platform and refrain from disclosing any personal or sensitive data without proper authorization.
Personal information collected from students, such as names, email addresses, and contact details, should be used solely for educational purposes and not shared with third parties without consent.
Secure Handling of Data:
Teachers are responsible for securely handling and storing student data and ensuring that it is protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
Personal data should be stored securely in compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing data privacy and security.
Compliance with Data Protection Laws:
Teachers must comply with all relevant data protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), where applicable.
Ensure that data collection, processing, and storage practices are in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Data Encryption and Transmission:
When transmitting sensitive information or data over the internet, teachers should use secure encryption methods and protocols to protect data from interception or unauthorized access.
Utilize secure communication channels and encryption technologies to safeguard data privacy and integrity.
Data Retention and Deletion:
Teachers should retain student data only for as long as necessary to fulfill educational purposes and legal obligations, and promptly delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.
Develop data retention policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data protection laws and minimize the risk of unauthorized access or disclosure.
Informed Consent and Permissions:
Obtain informed consent from students or their legal guardians before collecting, processing, or sharing any personal information or data.
Clearly communicate the purposes and uses of data collected, and provide students with options to control their data and privacy settings.
Security Awareness and Training:
Educate teachers on data privacy and security best practices through training, resources, and awareness programs.
Ensure that teachers understand their responsibilities and obligations regarding data protection and are equipped with the knowledge and skills to safeguard student data effectively.
InnoLearn Network reserves the right to monitor and enforce compliance with these data privacy and security guidelines to protect the privacy rights of our users and maintain the integrity of our platform.
5. Payment and Revenue Sharing
InnoLearn Network allows teachers to earn income by offering courses on our platform. To ensure transparency and fairness in payment processes, the following payment and revenue-sharing guidelines apply:
Course Pricing:
Teachers have the flexibility to set prices for their courses, taking into account factors such as the level of expertise, course content, and market demand.
InnoLearn Network may provide recommendations or guidelines for course pricing based on industry standards and market research.
Revenue Sharing Model:
InnoLearn Network operates on a revenue-sharing model, where teachers receive a percentage of the revenue from course enrollments.
Until September 30th, 2024, teachers will receive 80% of the net revenue generated from course sales, calculated after deducting applicable taxes, transaction fees, and platform maintenance costs. InnoLearn Network will retain 20% of the net revenue during this period.
From October 1st, 2024, onwards, the revenue sharing rate for teachers will be adjusted to 65% of the net revenue generated from course sales, with InnoLearn Network retaining 35%.
Payment Processing:
Payments to teachers are processed every month, with payouts scheduled for the first week of each month.
Teachers may choose their preferred payment method, such as bank transfer, PayPal, or other electronic payment options supported by the platform.
Minimum Payment Threshold:
Teachers must reach a minimum payment threshold of Ksh. 1500 before requesting a payout from their earnings.
Once the minimum payment threshold is met, teachers can initiate a withdrawal request through their account dashboard on the platform.
Withdrawal Process:
Withdrawal requests are subject to approval by InnoLearn Network and may be processed within 7-10 business days of submission.
Teachers may be required to provide additional verification or documentation to verify their identity and eligibility for payment.
Currency Conversion and Fees:
Payments may be subject to currency conversion fees or transaction fees imposed by payment processors or financial institutions.
Teachers are responsible for any fees or charges incurred during the payment process, and InnoLearn Network is not liable for any additional costs associated with currency conversion or transaction processing.
Revenue Reporting and Transparency:
InnoLearn Network provides teachers with access to detailed revenue reports and analytics, allowing them to track their earnings, course performance, and student enrollment data.
Revenue reports are updated regularly and reflect accurate and transparent information on course sales, earnings, and revenue-sharing calculations.
By participating in the revenue-sharing program on InnoLearn Network, teachers acknowledge and agree to abide by the payment and revenue-sharing terms outlined in this policy.

- Enrollment Process:
- To enroll in a course, students must first create an account on InnoLearn Network (see Account Registration section for details).
- Once logged in, students can navigate to the course catalog, select their desired course, and complete the enrollment process as instructed.
- Course Payment:
- Some courses on InnoLearn Network may require payment of a fee for enrollment.
- Students can choose their preferred payment method and complete the payment process securely through the platform’s payment gateway.
- Access to Course Materials:
- Upon successful enrollment, students will gain access to the course materials, resources, and learning activities provided by the instructor.
- Course materials may include video lectures, reading materials, quizzes, assignments, and discussion forums, depending on the structure of the course.
- Duration of Access:
- Access to course materials will be granted for the duration specified in the course description or enrollment terms.
- InnoLearn Network reserves the right to modify or terminate access to course materials in accordance with platform policies and instructor instructions.
- Refund Policy:
- InnoLearn Network may offer a refund policy for certain courses, allowing students to request a refund within a specified period after enrollment.
- Refund requests must be submitted in accordance with the platform’s refund policy and may be subject to approval by InnoLearn Network.
- Course Completion and Certification:
- Students who successfully complete all course requirements, assessments, and assignments may be eligible to receive a certificate of completion or achievement from InnoLearn Network.
- Certificates will be issued based on the criteria established by the instructor and platform guidelines.
By enrolling in courses on InnoLearn Network, students acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of use and comply with all platform policies and guidelines related to course enrollment and access.
